About Our Team

Stacy Plaisance

Intervention Help is led by Stacy Plaisance, a dedicated professional whose journey in the field of behavioral health and substance use counseling spans nearly two decades. Her path is marked by a deep commitment to fostering healing and resilience in individuals and families navigating addiction and mental health. She and her team are dedicated to supporting your family through this challenging time.

Stacy's venture into the realm of behavioral health began in 2004, where her career took root in primary residential care, where she worked as a tech. Recognizing her calling, Stacy pursued further specialization in substance use counseling, achieving her certification as a Substance Use Dependency Professional (SUDP) in 2005 and an MBA in Healthcare Management. Between 2005 and 2012, Stacy honed her skills as a primary counselor within a residential program, providing not just clinical services but also engaging in clinical supervision, a role she continued to fill from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2020, she ran an outpatient and a sober living for young men, continued counseling for families and those impacted by substance use, and offered treatment placement services.

In 2020, Stacy embarked on a new chapter in her career, stepping into the world of interventions. Working alongside seasoned interventionists, she has brought her vast experience and empathetic approach to support individuals and families in making pivotal changes towards recovery and healing.

Stacy’s Journey

A proud resident of the Pacific Northwest, Stacy's connection to her community runs deep. Yet, her adventurous spirit and commitment to health and spiritual wellness have led her to explore the world far beyond. An avid motorcycle enthusiast, Stacy finds joy and freedom on the open road. She believes in the transformative power of joy, relationships, and connections, guiding her clients to discover what truly lights them up.

  • Stacy does not work 9-5; she is there when clients need her and consistently meets families where they are at to coordinate services in a non-judgmental, understanding way.

Billy Anderson

Interventionist, CIP

Billy Anderson began his career in substance abuse treatment in 2013, following his own recovery journey that started at the age of 20 in 2012. Initially focusing on interventions with young adult males, Billy has since gained comprehensive experience across the treatment industry, ranging from house management in sober living facilities to executive roles in treatment programs throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Motivated by witnessing the pain he caused his own family and the actions they took that ultimately started his own recovery journey, Billy dedicated himself to understanding family systems work. He is passionate about educating families on substance use disorder and effective ways to support their loved ones. As a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP) through the Pennsylvania Certification Board, Billy has conducted numerous educational workshops to help families better understand addiction and how to assist those suffering from it.

Based in the Pacific Northwest, Billy is committed to guiding individuals suffering from substance use disorder and their families to local resources, regardless of their insurance coverage or financial situation. He owns and operates three sober living homes in the region and serves as an executive at a detox program in Portland, Oregon.

In his downtime, Billy enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, coaching his sons' baseball teams, working on classic cars with his dad, and tending to his small farm in Brush Prairie, Washington.
